Restoration - progress.

Restoration is to be a finished piece as well as a study for further paintings capturing the restoration of New Zealand bush and wild life. I'm becoming increasingly aware of our rural landscape, constantly drawn to the flow and lay of the land and the influence we have had and are still having on it. As I am still predominantly a figurative painter, people are still featured as an important part of these works, interacting with each other and the environment.
